Description
Long-time beer enthusiast, Stéphane Dumeynieu, a former teacher, has always worked hard for his favorite drink. The range of beers respects the "Nature & Progress" specifications. It is located in Graulhet, in the Tarn. Inventive, Stéphane Dumeynieu, does not hesitate to think outside the box, multiplying new aromatizations, or even working beers with very long guards, like the bubble of the vines.

Created in 2005, the brewery initially moved to Montans in a winemaker's cellar. This first installation makes it possible to "understand" the name of the Brasserie des Vignes. On Easter Day 2005, the brewery produced its first beer called "Bulles de Vignes", followed quickly by La Clandestine.

RBWG14 Trip Rating #35. Bottle shared at the Friday Night Downtown Inn Bottle Share. Pours a hazy amber color with a medium sized off-white head. Good head retention. Earthy, funky, musty aroma with some tart citrus. The taste is tart and acidic with notes of cider apples, apricots and a moderate funkiness. Medium bodied, lingering tartness. Very nice.
