Description
Long-time beer enthusiast, Stéphane Dumeynieu, a former teacher, has always worked hard for his favorite drink. The range of beers respects the "Nature & Progress" specifications. It is located in Graulhet, in the Tarn. Inventive, Stéphane Dumeynieu, does not hesitate to think outside the box, multiplying new aromatizations, or even working beers with very long guards, like the bubble of the vines.
Created in 2005, the brewery initially moved to Montans in a winemaker's cellar. This first installation makes it possible to "understand" the name of the Brasserie des Vignes. On Easter Day 2005, the brewery produced its first beer called "Bulles de Vignes", followed quickly by La Clandestine.

Bottled 330ml. -not sure is this from Bières Cultes at Rue des Halles or from La Cave à Bulles but im closer to first option. Darker amber coloured, huge off-white head, herbal and slight spicy nose. Moderate malty, slight sourish fruity and caramel with hint of herbs, coffee and pepper. Different than I’ve expected but drinkable.

Bottle shared at The Kernel, London. Thanks to Paul. Pours cloudy, pale yellow with a fine, white foam head. Has quite a funky nose, with light lemon, hay and poo. Light sweet flavor with some grass, lime, faint plastic hints. Light bodied with very explosive, mouth-filling carbonation. Fairly dry on the finish with some barnyard, manure, yeast, light straw and lemon pith. Pretty nice. Mildly refreshing. Yeah, very decent stuff.

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles. It pours cloudy yellow, with an orangish hue and massive white head. The nose is farmyard, lemon, hay, funky and medicinal notes. The taste is orange, lemon, farmyard, hay, metallic (due to carbonation), touch of spice, tang and soap, with a dry finish. Medium body and harsh, prickly carbonation. So-so.
