Description
Long-time beer enthusiast, Stéphane Dumeynieu, a former teacher, has always worked hard for his favorite drink. The range of beers respects the "Nature & Progress" specifications. It is located in Graulhet, in the Tarn. Inventive, Stéphane Dumeynieu, does not hesitate to think outside the box, multiplying new aromatizations, or even working beers with very long guards, like the bubble of the vines.
Created in 2005, the brewery initially moved to Montans in a winemaker's cellar. This first installation makes it possible to "understand" the name of the Brasserie des Vignes. On Easter Day 2005, the brewery produced its first beer called "Bulles de Vignes", followed quickly by La Clandestine.

My parents brought this 750mL bottle back from Paris. The beer pops and pours very foamy, akin to an infection-type pour. The color is dark red, cannot see through it. The head quickly fades. Aroma has some cherry and earthy acetic touches. Some earthiness coming off the cocoa and coffee. The coffee is there but not prevalent. Flavor has light cherry with a good amount of coffee coming through. Its a weird mix, not sure if it was intended that way but that is the way it came out. The fizzy mouthfeel mixing with the sourness and coffee make it a weird concoction.

Tasting at Papsø’s
Cloudy amber color. Nice aroma, mixing fruits and Brett. The flavor has some malt and sourness, citrusy. Still to be refined but quite pleasant.
