This is probably my new favourite wit.
Light white head, floral, spicy nose of bananas and bubblegum. Sweet spicy floral mouth with coriander, bananas and a low hop presence. The finish very dry with cloves and bananas. Pick some up today.

Hazy amber colour. Fruity-hoppy aroma with a few phenols (often found in Quebecois bottled beers...grumble). Very dusty, yeasty, fairly phenolic. Slightly toasty. Perhaps not at its freshest, but I was 50 feet from the brewery so what can I say?

Bright amber-brown coloure. Toasty-toffeeish aroma with a hint of nuts. Slightly nutty, toffeeish flavour. Reasonably rich and full, as brown ales go.

Very bright golden colour. Aroma is lightly malty, but mostly sweaty and litterboxy. Not exactly making me want to take a sip here, guys. Slightly grainy flavour, light palate. Vaguely malty. Quick and harmless.

Opaque, light tan colour. Malty-perfumey aroma with hints of spices and flowers. I suppose that would be the chamomile, but I drink tea made from tea leaves so I don’t know chamomile so well. Malty, spicy (coriander) flavour with slightly flowery character. Sweetish finish.

Bottle: Poured an hazy amber color ale with a bit foamy head with better then average retention. Aroma of floral hops and big malt is easily noticeable. Taste is bigger and stronger then your average English bitter with some lots bitter hops and a full body. Does not stay within the style limit but is very enjoyable nonetheless.

Bottle: Poured a yellowish amber color beer with a super huge bubbly head that transformed itself into a real thick foamy head with excellent retention. Aroma of Belgian yeast is striking at first but marries well with the spice mix that includes coriander. Taste is very enjoyable with some nice malt mix with some coriander and Belgian yeast. Very good example of the style and another great beer from this small regional brewery.

Bottle: Poured a clear dark stout with a huge bubbly off white head with better then standard retention. Aroma of light chocolate is kind of weak. Taste has a very creamy texture with some chocolate also detectable. No hops are discernable which result in low mouthfeel points. Overall, this is quite enjoyable but not overpowering in any way which seems to be the fashion for stout these days.

Bottle: Poured a dark yellow lightly cloudy ale with a huge foamy head with perfect retention. Aroma of coriander is nicely mixed with strong wheat – what a difference from most light witbier that are brewed to try and please the non-beer crowd. Taste is dominated by wheat and reveals a nice coriander/citrus finish. Body is quite full but still provide a refreshing edge. Nice to see somebody trying to put some more character in a style that is bland most of the time.

Bottle: Poured a clear orangey brown color ale with an above average head with medium retention. Aroma of strong spices (pepper) and lots of sweetness. Taste is quite spicy again from something resembling pepper but does a good job of mixing with the sweet malt and the dominant Belgian yeast. Body is really full which surprise me a bit and alcohol is not detectable. Above average tripel. Re-rate 2011: Dranked a 2007 bottle in 2011 - This has wonderfully aged much to my surprise with great notes of apricot jam and very complex pineapple ester.
