Description
Our 20 barrel brew plant is set in a beautiful 300-year-old barn which is capable of producing up to 100 brewers barrels (28,800 pints) of beer each week.

Cask at the Falcon, HW, 05/11/16. Clear golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is pale malts, orange peel, straw, bread, grains. Taste comprises bready malts, citric rinds, straw, biscuit. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Par for the course golden bitter.

Cask at the Falcon, HW, 05/11/16. Dark mahogany brown with a decent light beige cap that retains well. Nose is treacle toffee, spice, biscuit, brown bread. Taste comprises ashen tones, biscuit, spice, toffee, charring, light fruit esters. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Cask at the falcon high Wycombe. A pale golden coloured pour with a loose white head aroma is grainy, semi sweet nutty malts, grassy wet hop. Flavour is composed of semi sweet raw grains, grassy wet hops, Palate is semi sweet ok condition. Pretty standard stuff.

Cask at The Falcon, JDW - High Wycombe. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds grainy pale malts, citrus peel. Light sweet flavour with more pale grains, a little carpet, lemon rind, hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with husky grains, a little grassy bitterness, more citrus peel. So so.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. A bright reddish amber colour with a ring of white head; aroma of rye grains; grainy taste with some toffee and a spicy bitterness; and a lingering bitter finish. Rather good I thought.

Cask at Aston Manor Beer Festival; golden yellow pour with a frothy off white head, aroma has a hint of citrus and sweet malts, taste has light citrus and sweet malts, a bit basic.
