Bottled. Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, fruits, mild grass as well as yeast. Flavour is wheat, fruits and some spices and mild herbal notes.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours dark brown with a tan head, which soon dissipates. Aromas of dark chocolate, roasted malts, dark fruits, prunes, molasses. Nice nose. Flavours of marzipan, toffee, caramel, dark chocolate, toffee. Very smooth. Very nice alcohol burn. Dry, sweet finish. Very pleasant.

Great and unique! It dazzles me with the deep ruby hazy colour and the beige creamy head. Unfortunately it takes not a long time and doesn’t leave any lacing. Aroma of roasty malts and definitely some sour cherry. As you taste it attacks you with total effort. Your tounge will be numbed. Firstly light sweetness tempt me, then it turns to a complex flavour combination. This is some red grape, raisin, plums and also roasted malts with a beautiful caramel end. Soft carbonation and an overwhelming oily body. No alcohol-feeling, but if you don’t eat something before it could be brain-numbing. Aftertaste is very burnt, it almost reminds me that i’m drinking a stout. An excellent brew which alloys the stouts’ roasted malts and some ales’ fruityness, yet still an accomplished doppelbock with its absolutely full body. I like this complex kind of beers, that compel me write much about them.

50cl Bottle from Cracked Kettle. Hazy amber brown colour, dense off white head. Aroma of toffee, caramel, wheat and some spicy notes. Flavour is sweet, caramel, wheat, CO2 bitterness, light spicy, bit of caramel in the aftertaste. A bit watery, light bodied, but good flavours. Refreshing wheat beer.

Bottled@Björntasting. Reddish amber colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is caramel malts, some sugary notes as well as some dark dry fruits and raisins. Flavour is dark fruits, some mild toasted notes as well as rather burnt sugary as well.

Bottle. Deep, cloudy brown. Good head. Thick malty aroma, slightly sweet, very fruity and spicy: banana, cloves, raisins, great aroma. Great malt flavor, a bit sweet but well balanced. Very fruity, spicy, with heavy body, cookies, bananas. A very satisfying dunkel weizen. Not far out of the ordinary, but very well done.
