Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home. [ As Detmolder Festbier ].[ Trade by Beerhunter111 ]. Clear medium amber orange color with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, toffee, light hoppy, dry grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, old malt, caramel, hay - straw, nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Many thanks for this bottle to Erzengel. Pours mahogany colour with small foamy white head. Slightly sweet malty flavour, dried fruit and yeasty bread noticeable.

0,33l bottle, best before 22.06.2015. Smooth-mild, nicely hopped beginning. Malt, dry caramel, worth. The aftertaste gets a bit more dry, still smooth-malty, nearly no sweetness, hints of burned caramel, nice dusty yeasty hints.
Very interesting and round beer. Dry, malty, slightly bitter. Nice and round!

Orangerötliche Farbe, sehr wenig Schaum. Geruch malzig, etwas fruchtig, Kirschsaft. Geschmack sehr süß nach Kirschen, im Abgang dann auch etwas malzig, hopfig.

Clear medium golden colour, good frothy white head, nice retention and lacing. Quite shy aroma of hop bitterness, grain, bread, grass. Taste medium bitter, slightly sweet, bit metallic. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, finish lingering bitter, decent pilsener.

Sehr schön süßlicher Geruch. Röstmalzanklänge, Karamell. Der Antrunk ist vollmundig-süffig, leicht süßliche Karamelltöne zum Hauptteil hin, mit schön ausgewogener herb-malzige Note. Insgesamt aber etwas flach bleibend. Erst im Nachgeschmack wird es körperreicher, auf der Zunge bleibt eine sehr schöne Karamellmalz-süßlich-angenehm herbe Note zurück.

Schwacher, leicht röstmalziger Geruch. Der Antrunk ist röstmalzig-wässrig. Der Hauptteil ist von einer herben Röstmalzigkeit mit einer ganz leichten malzigen Süße geprägt. Der Nachgeschmack ist erstaunlich herb, aber doch angenehm passend zur Röstmalzigkeit. Insgesamt aber ein bisschen flach/wässrig.
