I don't know if this is a special version of Doctor IPA, but this is Gluten Free; also, there's no mention to Balabiòtt on the bottle, instead it mentions BAO (Birrificio Artigianale Ossolano) and Birra Domodossola, at the old address of Balabiòtt
Dull golden colour, hazy. Old style, dry caramel, bread, strong yeast, strong bitterness with sull resins.
Modest.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso propende per avena e caffè. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è ebano scuro. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di panettone, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca e agrumi.
