4 oz. Draft. Aroma had mild smoke, soft wheat. Flavor is soft banana Esther with real mild smoke in the finish. Smoke is not as bold as a campfire. This is approachable

4 ounce draft. This was tap a few weeks before Christmas and it’s still on draft! Is Smuttlabs Kitchen making any money on beer?!?! The flavor and aroma is literally like a small smashed candy cane lingering throughout. Well, thankfully it doesn’t overwhelm. Chocolate and ash hints. Decent.

4 oz. Draft. Aroma shows yeast, spice, citrus. Pretty close to a traditional saison. Hop is not noticed with yeast shining throughout. Light crisp body and texture. Easily the best of my sample flight today.

4 oz. Draft. Aroma of wood, caramel, toasted grain. Flavor is an exact rendition of the aroma. Light side of medium body with wood lingering slightly in the finish. Respectable.

4 oz. Draft. Aromatics are toffee, rosemary, yeast. Flavor is the aroma with the spice lingering for a good duration in the finish. Spices linger for a good while and get slightly overbearing.

16 oz. can. If I tasted this blind I wouldn’t know there was banana any place. Flavor is chocolate, vanilla and mild roast. My major gripe with this is the real thin body. Average at best.

Can pour from trade with Johnnnniee--thanks, John! It's a hazy, dark brown with garnet, tons of sparkle, finger-plus width tan foamy head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is mix of strong peppermint and roasted malts, perhaps with a bit of chocolate. Taste mirrors aroma. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft-to-average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, peppermint is here, strongly, but the chocolate is weak and, without it, it's not very interesting.

Can from Hannaford Clear dark brown in color with faint garnet edges and a thin off white head that slowly dissipates. Earthy roasted coffee with faint chocolate and a solid hit of peppermint. Not a candy cane vibe more of a lightly bitter botanical feel. Not bad.

Fairly clear golden and barely peach coloured body with a very large four to five centimetre tall off-white head that stays afloat for a long time and covers the ever-so-slightly hazy body (only around ten per cent opaque). Aroma of lactose, guava, melon and sweet candy with a good hit of bitterness and even alcohol noticeable in the nose. Medium-bodied; Fairly rich malt notes show at first with a big fruity bite showing the guava and papaya (richer) flavours with a lot of lactose notes that make the sweetness and rich elements stronger than the malt or even the bitter aspects of the hops. Aftertaste is clean, but very full of flavours, especially the fruits and lactose, with some of the malt lacking, with only a little bitterness from the hops, but much more sweetness and richness from the lactose than anything else. Overall, a fairly nice, very lactosey beer with a nice hoppiness that shows more of the flavours from the hops versus bitterness, but about what I expected from this one. Good to sample very fresh and a nice beer, but not exceptional. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from the Gettysburg Beer Mart in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania on 12-May-2021 for US$5,29, which was canned on 31-March-2021, sampled at my house here in Washington on 19-May-2021.

4 oz. draft. Aroma is salt and dirty feet. Flavor has a tad of orange and a faint sour finish. Cranberry or peach doesn’t really stand out. But there is a little bit of salt.
