Bottle, 7.0%. Weak aroma of light caramel. Clear pale golden colour. Good stable creamy white head. The flavour is ok malty, slightly sweet with a faint floral hop note. Good mouthfeel, but does not seem 7 percent. Solid, but at that ABV I expect more flavour.

Bottle from EuroSpar in Tamsweg (A). Newer label, now calling this beer Hefe-Weißbier kellertrüb. Color: Very hazy amber, off-white head. Aroma: Yeasty, banana, wheat malt, hints of caramel. Taste: Very smooth, wheat malt, yeasty notes, banana, spicy hints. Just above medium body, below average carbonation. Moderate to over moderate sweet, light bitterness. Ok.

Bottle at home in the garden, ninth of July 2023. It’s a chestnut brown in the glsss, Aroma is roasted malts, dark fruits caramel yeast rich. Taste is rich and fruity dark roasted malts, caramel, yeast, complex delicious, under rated here.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Wednesday 5th July 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6 Music, about to start cooking a Chilli con Carne with Guacamole, Salsa etc. Pours amber with a white head, very soft carbonation, light creamy banana bread flavour, very creamy in fact. Light wheat attributes, once again must comment on the very soft carbonation. This is nice, surprised that I've not had this before now.

Klare gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht getreidiger Geruch. Geschmacklich leicht malzig, leicht getreidige, leicht hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, leichter bis mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Im Glas präsentiert sich dunkles Bernstein - selbstverständlich kräftig hefetrüb. Die weiße, fein- bis mittelporige Schaumkrone gibt sich dabei sehr gut haltbar. In der Nase dominiert, wie zu erwarten, eine gelbe, reife Bananenaromatik gemeinsam mit leicht floralen und würzig nelkigen Noten. Ein Hauch von leicht brotigem Malz kann man ebenso vernehmen. Der Antrunk kommt auch, wenig überraschend, sehr bananig, hefig und feinrezent. Am Gaumen weiterhin feinrezent, angenehm moussierend, hefig-bananig, brotig bis karamellig mit einer leichten Säure. Der Mix aus Malz, Hefe, Frucht und Säure wirkt sehr erfrischend und durchwegs angenehm. Mundgefühl und Süffigkeit sind dabei ebenfalls ganz gut. Im Nachtrunk wirken die Aromen gut nach und die würzige Nelkennote kommt gut durch. Mein Fazit: Nicht außergewöhnlich, aber sehr stiltypisch und gut.

Clear golden beer, white head. Smells fresh and malty. Flavour is sweeter, with the malt again, a little breadiness, just a touch of bitterness. A little peppery spice in the finish. Doesn't really have enough flavour for 7% because if you got served this up unwittingly you'd probably happily power through it none the wiser. It's fine but nothing remarkable.
