Description
We focus our attention on brewing rustic, unfiltered, aromatic beers that are approachable and unique. We pull from our home brewing background to build beers that pay homage to tradition, but break new ground in American brewing techniques and flavors by blurring the line between beer and wine. We are brewers of big ideas in very small batches.

Bottle, thanks for sharing. Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has dark grains and bread with a bit of barrel and roasted malts coming through. Flavor has dark grains and toffee with a bit of bread and barrel backing.

Grapefruit and yuzu prominent. Touch of honey, but have to work for it. Some barrel, light funk. LCI—catching up on some old checkins 7 Feb.

Just a decadent BA blend of saisons. Like Saison Bernice amped up with just the slightest zenne nose and front. Ugh delicious!

Opposite of family whistle, instead of being fruit dominant this is barrel aged Saison dominant with soft guava and blood orange notes, incredibly delicious. Mild dry tanginess from the blood orange, mild sweetness from the guava.

cloudy to clear yellow, white head, smooth.
traditional resiny and flowery IPA aroma. Refreshing right now as NEIPA is the new craze and oldfashioned westcoast ipa's are becoming rarer. bitterness is somewhere between grapefruit peel and flavorless fruit peel.

pale hazy yellow, white head.
aroma has this hop centered slightly citrussy aroma i associate with good old days, this one is straight perfect but not that strong. really good hoppy stuff. very faint interesting notes from (perhaps untraditional malts).
flavor is quite herbal and have some weird hoppy off-notes quite herbal . malts are crisp but the hops imho is a mess in this can. there is clementines in the flavor and lots of herbs.Overall the beer is extremely herbal.
