Nice Brett and rustic notes, some oak. Taste is along the same lines, quite bright, crispy, with some a bit weird tartness. Good enough.

Sample at the roost pours a clear gold, ring of white head. Dandelion and white sugar nose, honey. Simple, really leads with honey and flowers. Off dry. Chamomile. I like it... but it's not dry enough and not complex enough and a six pack would likely bore you.

Bottle, 750 ml, shared with MiroB, Luka and Bojan. Intensive fruit, peach, some citrus, apples, chewy, barrel, funk. Juicy and complex. Touch of vanilla. Medium sourness. Very nice.

Bottle. Pours lightly hazy golden pink, small off white head, good lacing. Aroma is funky, tart, cherries, yogurt, bugs, brett. Flavor is light plus tart, light plus funk, cherry. Merlin body. A bit sharp.
