Description
We focus our attention on brewing rustic, unfiltered, aromatic beers that are approachable and unique. We pull from our home brewing background to build beers that pay homage to tradition, but break new ground in American brewing techniques and flavors by blurring the line between beer and wine. We are brewers of big ideas in very small batches.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated October 22, 2024. Aroma is fairly fruity and hop forward with notes of passion fruit, guava, peach, and tropical citrus. Lighter dank, oily resin notes. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes. Pours a hazy, dull, golden-orange with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderate lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Medium high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Fairly fruity and hop forward flavor with guava, peach, tropical citrus, orange and passion fruit. Lighter dank, oily resin notes that linger in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid West Coast IPA with some haziness to it. Nice hoppy notes in the aroma and flavor with balanced malt notes. Bitterness is strong but not overly assertive and alcohol is well hidden.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is SARA funk with notes of apricot, green grapes and lemon. Light oak notes. Light grain and hints of alcohol. Pours a slightly hazy, orangish color with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Medium lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat acidic with a light sharpness and light grain notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Medium light lemon lime notes with lighter notes of stone fruit and green grapes. Light oak notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid saison..I like the fruitiness with a bit of a like note, especially in the flavor. Soft, creamy mouthfeel from the grains.

On tap at the Crafty Fox. Clear, pale honey gold, frothy. Strong cereal, oaty nose. Light honey breakfast cereal, mellow oats, semi-sweet. Mild & light. Not sloppy like most Tripels these days. It's rare that I enjoy a tripel.
