Poured a clear yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was light funky yeast, woody oak. Light tartness. Pleasant stuff. Light and delicious.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (03/10/2024) - lots of gooseberry and sweet white grape on the nose and taste follows, some additional melon and pine coming in, sweet malty backbone, piney balanced bitter hoppy finish. Very nice but not a NEDIPA, felt/looked more WC.

On tap at T�rst, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is full of chocolate fudge, dark sugars, molasses, and a touch of roast. Flavour is rich, with lots of chocolate fudge, dark sugars, and a touch of roast. Somewhat sludgy palate, with plenty of chocolatey fudge lingering. Pretty underwhelming in both the taste and palate. SARA can do much better than this.
