Description
We focus our attention on brewing rustic, unfiltered, aromatic beers that are approachable and unique. We pull from our home brewing background to build beers that pay homage to tradition, but break new ground in American brewing techniques and flavors by blurring the line between beer and wine. We are brewers of big ideas in very small batches.

Mega Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Thanks again to our host for this one. Very hazy gold beer, bubbly white head. Light airy palate, semi dry. Slightly sherbet sourness. Subtle floralness. Sourness resolves in to orange - lemon. Nice mix of flavours and very approachable.

Bottle thanks to Bruce and mega 2014 tasting. It pours cloudy pale orange with a small white head. The nose is funk, barnyard, some acidity, light vinegar, spice, straw, hay, apple, wood and vanilla. The taste is crisp, tart, apricot, sour peach, sherbet, hay, barnyard, some acidity and white grape skin with a crisp, dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Crisp, tart and massively drinkable. Really rather great.

Hazy very pale blond. Fizzy carb. Nose is grazzy with lemon peel and wheat heavy. very kiwi heavy with a touch of lemon peel. backbone lacks any malt character. peach, wheat. effervescent and thin. Akin more to a home-brew but would rock on a hot summer day

Bottle shared in London during the First Tasting of the Year. Many thanks to Bruce for this special one, pours cloudy, bright yellow-gold with a frothy white head. Gorgeous aroma, lots of lemon, mango, very mild funk, hints of tangy wheat. Light sweet flavor with playful lemony sourness, mild citrus rind bitterness, a bit of hay, moderate acidity. Light bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. Super clean finish, lightly drying, with more lemony tartness, sour lemon candies, lemon rind, hints of funk, delicate balancing sweetness. Superb balance. Beautiful.

On tap at Sante Adairius, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out light dry chocolate, and some dusty roast. Flavour is pretty much the same, with dry chocolate and roasted malt. Smooth and drinkable, but nothing overly interesting. Solid porter.

On tap at Sante Adairius, pours black with a tiny beige head. Aroma brings out notes of coffee upfront, followed by honey and some roast - definitely a coffee bomb. Flavour brings out more of the honey upfront, with the coffee following and subdued notes of roast. Too much honey in there for my taste, but it's a nice concoction nonetheless. Solid stuff.

On tap at Sante Adairius, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out various cereal grains, some rustic notes, and Belgian yeast - thought the grain definitely takes centre stage. Flavour is similar, bringing out notes of various cereal grains, toasted crusty rye bread, and some Belgian farmhouse rustic notes. Quite dry, grainy and rustic. Full-bodied for a sub-5% saison. Good stuff.

On tap at Sante Adairius, pours a cloudy peachy blonde with a small white head. Aroma smells like a cross between a farmhouse ale and IPA, with herbal hops, farmhouse yeast, and pot. Flavour is similar, bringing out loads of piney hops, and intense herbal, pot-like hops. They're not messing around here - a rather abrasive hempy IPA. Good stuff.

On tap at Sante Adairius, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out farmhouse notes, brett, and some citrus notes. Flavour is complex, juicy and refreshing, with loads of juicy farmhouse notes, complex as he'll brett, and a little funk. Extremely elegant and flavourful despite only being just over 5%. Awesome stuff.
