Description
We focus our attention on brewing rustic, unfiltered, aromatic beers that are approachable and unique. We pull from our home brewing background to build beers that pay homage to tradition, but break new ground in American brewing techniques and flavors by blurring the line between beer and wine. We are brewers of big ideas in very small batches.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated March 03, 2026.
Aroma is hop forward and fruity with lots of passion fruit, gooseberry, tangerine, grapefruit, tropical citrus and lighter dank, pine resin notes. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes.
Pours a hazy, dull, dusty, golden straw color with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Fairly high lacing and small legs.
Flavor is a bit sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderately high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Fairly strong fruity hop flavor with lots of passion fruit, some stone peach, tangerine, grapefruit and hints of gooseberry. Light pine resin notes.
Mouthfeel is medium full bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid hazy IPA. Lots of fruity hop notes with more of a stone fruit character than I was expecting. Nice citrus and passion fruit notes. Balanced malt sweetness, alcohol notes and bitterness.

Tap. Pours unclear mahogany, minimal head or lacing. Aroma is boozy, bourbon, oak, vanilla, toffee. Flavor is less boozy than Aroma, nice blend of dark sugars, oak tannin, vanilla. Almost a jack Daniel's thing going, which is strangely a positive when it comes to barrel aging. Medium body.
