Poured from a 750 ml bottle.
Aroma is fairly fruity with nice nectarine notes. Light grain notes and hints of lemon. Hints of alcohol. Faint oak.
Pours a pale, slightly hazy, yellow-gold with a small, fairly thin, white head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers a bit before disappearing. No lacing and faint legs.
Flavor has a medium light tartness and light sweetness with medium light grain notes. Medium low bitterness and hints of alcohol. Moderate notes of nectarine with hints of oak and lemon. Fairly dry, mineral finish.
Mouthfeel is medium light to light bodied and fairly crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid fruited grisette. This beer highlights what SARA can do with fruit when they get it just right. Not too acidic, not overwhelmingly fruity. The fruit integrates nicely with the base beer. Nice mineral.notes from the water.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle.
Aroma is berry forward with notes of raspberry, blueberry and probably some other berries as well. Light notes of lemon and hints of stone fruit. Light berry tannins and light grain notes. Light alcohol notes. Hints of peppery phenolics.
Pours a hazy, pinkish, peachy, orange-red with a medium sized, somewhat thin, white head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers. No lacing and small legs.
Flavor has a medium light acidity with a light sweetness and hints of grain. Medium to medium high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong berry notes with raspberry being most prevalent along with some blueberry. Hints of lemon as well. Medium light berry tannins and hints of peppery, earthy phenolics.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid berry saison. It's not overly acidic which is nice. Berries are present but not overwhelming and they allow the base saison an opportunity to show up. Alcohol is balanced as is the bitterness. Not overly tannin forward.
