Description
We focus our attention on brewing rustic, unfiltered, aromatic beers that are approachable and unique. We pull from our home brewing background to build beers that pay homage to tradition, but break new ground in American brewing techniques and flavors by blurring the line between beer and wine. We are brewers of big ideas in very small batches.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with a medium white head and good lacing. Aroma is gin herbals, dust, lemon, bugs, oak. Flavor is light tart, light funk, bight herbal gin. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Noice. Love me gin BA SARA bottles.

Top 50 for the style. 16 ounce can from Tavour. Barely translucent dark brown color. Frothy tan head. Subtle roasted malt aroma is kissed by a generous dose of vanilla and a hint of coffee. Flavors are more subdued. Notes of dark roast malt, coffee and vanilla. Some dryness in middle. Finishes with mild notes of chocolate, vanilla and coffee. Bitter finish and aftertaste.

Aromas are very slightly harsh resin, citrus and malt. Flavors are similar to nose. Okay bulody and great carbonation. A bit oxidized.

Bottle.

A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head.

A- Bright, soft citrus, pear, apricot, faintly woodsy.

F- Green grapes, lemon, soft wood, subtle apricot, mild pear, faint florals.

T- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, refreshing finish.

O- Slightly bright and lovely. Easy to drink with lots of soft tropical and stone fruit tones but mostly white or green grapes. A faint woody flavor whispers in the background. Solid.

Definitely a full notch richer than the regular Appreciation. Richer berries, and less heavy on the grapefruit bretta, though there is still plenty of that to balance things out. Pours ruby red with decent pink head. Tart finish, great body. Tap at The Sovereign.

Berries are pretty strong here. Some grapefruit bretta. Pours rubby red with pink head. Light tart finish. Pleasant all around. Tap at Sovereign for St. Adairius tap takeover.

Grapefruit bretta and some red wine grapes. A little light oak. Pours slightly hazy golden with OK head. Light tart finish. Nice, but the Thousand Summers is still in my brain and much superior. Tap at Sovereign.

Light florals and a bit of clove. Pours golden with nice head retention. Light sweet finish. Nice balance, but flavour isn't as big as best of style. Tap at Sovereign.
