Inspired by the European classics and the modern American hop forward beers, Ophiussa Brewing Company was born in February of 2021 with the mission of brewing great beers for everyone. The production site is located in Setúbal and is equipped with a 6 hl brewhouse, 5 and 10 hl unitanks and a small canning line.

Cloudy golden colour, small steady white head. Some tropical fruits in the nose. Medium-bodied. Sweet overriped tropical fruits in the flavour, some soapy notes. One-dimensional.

Can@pbf xiv. Hazy yellow colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some mild citrus to it. Flavour is floral, nectary and some mild oaty and wheaty tones.

--Canned at PBF XIV. -- Clear pale golden, rich, firm head. Aroma of passionfruit and lychee. Very sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Sugared pineapple and marmelade. Achingly sweet finish.

Can at PBF XIV. Poured hazy light orange in color, white huge head. Aroma has pineapples, mango and sweet juiciness. Stone fruity. Just too much sweetness here.

--Canned at PBF XIV. -- Clear pale golden, small head. Intense floral hop aroma. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Dominated by deliciously floral noble hops. The malt is slick and modernistic with notes of syrup. Mid bitter finish. Too bad with the sloppy malt.
