Description

We brouwen ons bier volgens de slogan "Beer for Thought".

Can at home, pours, wel... stratified. Semi clear first, then goes the trub, yum. Booze, light sweetness, candied fruits, more booze, a touch of bitterness in the end. Cleanish mouthfeel, not what I'd expect from a nedipa

Heel fijn bier.

Keg at If It Ain't Dutch. Opaque black brown beer, small tan head. Airy smooth palate, fairly light, modest fine carbonation. Mellow dark malts, some cocoa and dark malt cream. A very light coffee cake vibe and a trace berry fruits. Mellow and drinkable, not aggressively sweet.

Keg at If It Ain't Dutch. Hazy orange gold beer, small but tidy pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a forward creamy sweetness. Fairly ferocious hop spice. Reasonably bright citrus. A little pine runs throughout. Crisp hop spicy finish. Full on.
