Bottle 330ml. shared @ 9th. BBF 2017 [ 9th Borefts Beer Festival 2017 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Frontaal Juice Punch (Version 1) ].Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, pine, fruity hops, sweet hops. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, citrus, orange, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20170922] 7-3-8-3-15

From shared bottle at Maakun’s. Slightly hazy golden with thin white head. Sweetened orange fruit tea. Tangerine peel, tea and biscuits, big resiny sweetness. Big sweet and light bitter. Over medium body and soft carbonation. Fruity and sugary tea.

Bottle shared at home. Almost clear darker golden with light beige head. Lots of herbs, dank weedy hops, lots of sweet caramel, tea, orange peel, sugar. Quite sweet but also quite bitter. Almost full bodied. Not my kind of imperial IPA, this is hard to drink.

Pitch black pour with a tan head. Notes of roasted (or burnt) malt, smoke, molasses, anise star, dark chocolate, mint, a bit of vanilla and a bit of caramel. Full body, thick and viscous, low carbonation and a sweet and lightly spicy finish.

Cloudy pale blond with thick head. Aroma and flavour are full of tropical fruit hop. Certainly juicy and easy to drink.

Brown with medium head. Aroma is leather, dried fig, caramel, some phenols and spices. Quite complex. Taste is smooth sweet and a bit bitter phenolic. Some alcohol as well. Some medium harsh oak sugars. Nice.

Hazy golden pour with a thin off-white head. Juicy hops, sweet tropical fruit, light citrus, yeast, dank pot, a bit of caramelized onions. Really nice, again, very easy to drink, quite hoppy, just a bit below V2.

Bottle. Hazy golden pour. Aroma of delicious mosaic hops, citrus, pineapple, mango, orange and oat. Taste of smooth veggie mosaic hop, creamy oat, mango, pineapple, onion, citrus and a bitter tropical finish. Just how I like a neipa, very nice. I want to drink liters of this stuff.
