Description
Baron Brewing is a playground for beer, where no two batches are the same. Made for the fun and love of the process – the next beer will be the best beer.
The brewery is based on a farm in Great Hormead, East Hertfordshire. The focus is to brew modern styles, particularly highly hopped ales and fresh lagers.
The 1000L brewhouse allows for an ever-changing range of beers to be brewed. Each style will be pushed to its limits, with the evolution and development of new flavours.

Can split at the CBJ share, thanks to Fergus, 11/01/2024.
Black topped with a good sized tan head.
Nose is chocolate, caramel, spice, dark malts ... a little thin.
Taste comprises dark malts, dried fruit rinds, toffee, spice, cocoa sprinkle.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light rising boost.
Tidy old skool sipper.

Thin white head left a spotty cover on hazy pale golden coloured body. Zesty aroma with tangerine, sherbet & stone fruit. Medium bodied, soft with a tingle on the back & cloying aft. Melon, orange, nectarine & exotic fruit tastes with a peppery finish. Very nice.

500ml can. Crystal clear amber, beige head. Aroma is earthy, caramel, some light piney and citrusy orange hops. Taste is earthy, caramel, piney and herbal, berries, orange. Those hops feel a little subdued so to me it's maybe more of a standard red ale than a red IPA to be honest. Nice enough though.

Quite fruity. Quite New England too though. Tropical niceness but too much it’s perhaps. But I do like it

It’s alright. Like a low alcohol hazy without all the oats. It’s ok, but it’s not amazing.
