Bottle, 75cl. A big but rapidly diminishing white head forms over a well sparkling lightly pinkish golden colored body. The aroma has a vague hint of berries, not sure I'd recognize it if I didn't know it was there, but it's mostly fresh apple juice and apple peel, a generic fruity note and some grass hints. It's quite effervescent on the palate, mostly on the dry side, with an acidic touch. Full-bodied. The flavor has some lemon juice in the back, along with some berries that I struggle to conclude is blackberries, but at least there's some of that special almost bitter taste known to blackberries, and not that more acidic, fresh raspberry flavor. But of course, apple juice runs the show, with apple peel, some apple cores and grass as sidekicks. Perhaps a bit short finish, but else it's sure a fine berry-cider. 240420

Bottle, 75cl. From trade with Bryne. A clear, sparking, pale golden colored cider with a yellow tint. The aroma is straight forward fermented apple juice, with notes of pear, grass, apple cores and alcohol mixed in. It's full bodied and well carbonated, quite dry, yet with some fruity sweetness. A little alcohol warmth too. The alcohol and apples combines in a very nice way, not only giving the cider a fuller body, but also adding complexity and richness in the same way as a good Double IPA. Lasting finish, making me wish I had some cheese to pair with the drink. Nice indeed. 240413

Bottle, 75cl, from trade with Bryne. It's a sparkling, mostly clear pale yellow-golden colored cider. Headless. The aroma has lots of delicious apple juice, with notes of core and skin. Hints of alcohol. It's full bodied and quite effervescent on the palate, lightly warming and semi dry. The flavor of pretty much like the aroma, and the alcohol lifts it quite a lot, making it a very nice cider even though it's not very complex. Long finish with hints of pear and lemon juice, but mostly rich apple juice. Sure a decent cider. 240413
