Sample at Gladmatfestivalen, Stavanger. Will soon be available at Cardinal, Stavanger. Golden colour. Pleasant aroma of apples. Medium sweet and moderately concentrated flavour of apples, very enjoyable.

Strålende sommervær i mai, og en sykkeltur langs Gandsfjorden ender pussig nok ved Melkebaren, hvor jeg går planken: klar, blek strågul med fint skum. Saftig og forfriskende, lett karbonert. Deilig eplesmak (Rubinstep?), men overraskende lite humlepreg. Frisk avslutning.
