750 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken ABV is 6.4%. Clear golden to pink colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Aroma of sweet apples and blackberries / bramble. Slightly dry flavour of apples and blackberries, pleasant.

Bottle, 375ml, from trade with Bryne. A gently sparkling golden colored cider with a small white head. Just a ring of foam actually. The aroma is quite sweetish, with some alcohol and lots of quite concentrated apple. Some apple jam like notes. It's sweet, lightly sparkling and full-bodied, with a little warmth. Apple jam, fresh apple, some alcohol hints and a very light grassy touch. Medium length sweet finish. Sort of ice cider-ish, although quite different. Not very complex I think, bu nice anyway. 240806

Bottle, from trade with Bryne. A still, clear golden colored cider, headless. Rich aroma, ripe apple, sugar, apple cellar, some grass and green grape, fruity acidity and a sugary touch. It's full bodied and sweet, with a gentle fruity sourness. Ripe apple, white sugar, generic fruityness and some grass and green grapes. Sugary, apple-ish finish. Delicious indeed, don't think I've had a sweet, or iced, cider at this low ABV. 240728

Bottle, 75cl. From trade with Bryne. A clear straw colored cider with a white head of moderate size. The aroma is apple driven, but with a citrusy, piney hoppy fruityness joining in. Feels a bit like perry too, in the back. It's nicely carbonated, semi-dry and full-bodied, with an apple driven flavor. Some pear and grass, and a citrusy, piney hoppyness. Medium length finish. Nice, for sure, but I wouldn't mind even more hoppiness. 240728

0,75 flaske fra gårdsutsalget, delt med Einar, Synne og Mamsi: lys rødgylden med fint bruseskum. God eplearoma og -smak, men den har en tynn kropp med for mye syre. Frisk ettersmak. Synne likte den godt, hun fant toner av jordbær og lime.
