Copper with a lasting white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, blackcurrant and light spice. Sweet malty flavour with caramel and toffee, fruity notes and spice. A bit too sweet for my taste, but the best balanced Schiøtz beer

Golden with a lasting white head. The aroma is dominated by rosemary, but hops show up in the background. Dry and malty flavour with lots of rosemary and a light bitter hop finish. The rosemary may be a good idea, but it’s way too much. I think half of what is being used would still be too much

Golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of fine bready malt, with a light herbal touch and some sweet apple notes. Sweet malty flavour with light hops and sweet golden apples. It’s a really good pilsner, but unfortunately the added apple and quince doesn’t do it any favours

Bottle 500ml. [ As Schiøtz Gylden IPA ].Clear medium orange - amber yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, spicy, rosemary - ginger - rosehips, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long durationspicy, spicy, rosemary - ginger - rosehips,sweet malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150529]

Clear copper, offwhite froth. Malty aroma, notes of caramel. Fruity, malty flavour, rather sweet. Cranberry juice and hints of myrtle. Many different flavours, but not entirely balanced. And even a tad watery beneath the herbs and berries.
