Süßer, getreidig brotiger Anturnk. Karamellig mit leichter Bitterkeit, Sirup, wässrig. Die Süße bleibt zu stark, Kräuter, etwas Hefe, alles aber eher flach. Okay. 8/7/7/7/11/7

Flaske fra Kvickly Falkoner alle (Frederiksberg), på hytta: importkofferten er pakket med godsaker, så nå er det på tide å finne noe i kjøleskapet. Dyp rød mahogny med fint beige skum som gir kniplinger og film. Bær, malt og urter i aroma og smak. En forfriskende og god bock med god balanse mellom sødme og bitterhet. Kanskje litt vandig mot slutten, men den renner sorgløst over ganen.

Flaske fra Kvickly Nørrebro, på hytta: klar, mørk gylden med fint skum (gardin og kniplinger). Citronduft med blomster og krydder (rosmarin). Smagen ligså, men den har en parfumered bismag og ufrisk bitterhed mot slutten der gør det svært at nyde hele flasken. Impressive start, weak finish.

Bottle. Pours clear dark coffee brown with small white head. Aroma is sweet malt, malt syrup, malt drops, caramel, rye bread and "øllebrød". Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter and light acidic. Body is light syrupy with soft carbonation. Finish is lung and very sweet with notes is malt, malt syrup and caramel.

Bottle. Pours clear dark cola brown with small light brown head. Aroma is malt syrup, brown sugar, burnt caramelised sugar and hints of gravy. Taste is medium sweet, faint to light bitter and medium acidic. Body is light oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, caramel, soy sauce, gravy and hints if ammonium chloride.

Bottle, courtesy of MiP. Pours darkish copper brown with stable beige head. Clear aroma of caramel malt and fruit, with notes of yeast and hops. Sweetish flavour of the same, with bready and metallic notes, the latter being quite pronounced and thus disturbing. Touches of acetone. Bittersweet finish with some rough and metallic notes. Reasonable but would be better without the heavy metal.

500 ml bottle from trade with fonefan. thanks Jan. Clear dark amber to copper color with light beige head. Malty aroma, spicy, herbal, hibiscus, light cinnamon, grain, caramel, bread, fruity. Sweet and light bitter taste like aroma with some wood notes. Light thin to oily body with soft carbonation.

ChrisO Tasting. Bright clear amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Modest fine carbonation. Sweetish malts, some caramel and toffee. Slightly tangy orange peel and a trace of spice. Light semi dry finish. Okay bock.

Pours clear amber/brown with a beige head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, grain, dried fruits, floral, toffee and hint of butterscotch. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter and light sour with a long slightly sour, fruity and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 6.0%. Lagery, grainy and malty aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour is sweetish and fruity with a lagery note and some sourish grain. Fruity and unclean finish.
