Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clean, beautiful reddish/purpleish with a lacing, off-white head. Sweet, nutty aroma - burned caramel. Rich, malty body, again plenty of burned caramel and syrup. Some warming alcohol in the finish. Basically a good and solid Dunkler Bock. 030615

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a smallish white head. Spicy aroma, but not from hops....from rosemary, WTF?? Rich, malty bod, a dry underlying hoppiness if not overly bitter. And throughout the whole thing all this rosemary. This has nothing to do with an IPA whatsoever. 030615

Clear, dark red brown. Small airy offwhite head. Malty aroma with blackcurrant, caramel and light alcohol whiff. Caramely flavour, some boozy fruitiness. Finish has more alcohol, a bit too much perhaps.

Bottle at KØ15. Spicy hop aroma with a distinct rosemary note. Clear golden colour. Small stable white head. Spicy and medicinal aroma. The flavour is malty with a grassy hop note and a herbal touch, distinct rosemary note. Not bad.

Bottle at KØ15. Sweetish and roasted aroma. Clear dark brown colour with a red shine. Small off-white head. The flavour is malty and sweetish with a mild spicy hop note. Caramelly finish. Not as fruity as expected. Decent mouthfeel.

Bottle @ Home. Pours very dark amber with a small creamy tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, yeast, herbal hops, some light ripe berries notes. Flavor is sweet, malty, yeast, caramel, sweet berries. Medium body, soft carbonation, sweet finish with a little alcohol. 010615

Bottle, KØ15. Pours clear darkish ruby / copper brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of caramel malt, with notes of fruit and touches of hops. Sweetish flavour of malt, fruit and caramel, with some bitter nites of hops and touches of yeast. Bitterish and malty aftertaste. Okay.

50’cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, slight fruity. Bitter, slight grassy, mild toasted. Bitter and slight herbal. Bitter and dry finish.
