Keg @ The Grove, Huddersfield. Golden-blonde with a small head. Has a heavy smoked ham aroma, I can only assume it’s similar to Polish sausage in this respect, hence the name. It’s a little more regular in taste, with a crisp albeit light tropical fruitiness to savour.

Tried at corteridge 2 thanks to The_Osprey, I think. Black colour tan head. Sweet roasted malts. Liquorice, fizz in the body.

Cotteridge 2 tasting. Dark brown beer lasting tan head. Almost whiskey aroma. Vanilla. Barrel ageing. It’s quite smooth. Not my thing sweet. OK. Apple brandy.

Bottle share at Ratebeer meet up, Cotteridge Wines, Cotteridge, Birmingham Saturday 5th March 2016 Notes of whisky and wood, thick in the mouth with a lot of oomph... Fruity lots going on, dark brown in colour with a light beige head. Good. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Cask @ Three Pigeons, Halifax. Deeper glowing amber ale with a creamy head. Has a full bodied texture with grittier tropical fruits in its nose and a more regular and deep tasting tropical fruitiness in taste.

[ As Brass Castle Burnout ].Clear dark brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, smoke, meat. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, dark malt, smoked, meat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
