Bottle from Theatre of Wine, Greenwich. Dark red pour, pink head. Funk filled aromas of sour cherries and cheese. Sweet/sour cherry flavours ride through to the after-taste. Decent brew.

Bottle. Pours cloudy orange with thick white head. Nose of basement aromas, tart fermented fruit and funk. Taste of tart citrus, wood and funk. Mouth feel is that of a sparkling wine.

375ml Bottle about a year old. This is old school gueuze - no carbonation, no head. Nice aroma of sour notes, wood, lemon. Taste is on the heavier side with lots of wood, barnyard funk, leather. Dry sourness. Very good by my estimation.

Pours hazy gold into a tumbler. Significant bright white head with excellent retention slowly conglomerates leaving no lacing. Marshmallow, key lime cheesecake, and graham crackers. Tart, dry lemon and grapefruit from front to back, lasting sour lemon finish.

375mL bottle, pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out moderate barnyard funk, wood, and tangy citric notes. Flavour is very woody, with lotes of wet wood, moderate barnyard funk, and citric notes - the wood is most pronounced. Very well-balanced and highly drinkable. Excellent stuff.

Pours a slightly hazed gold into a tulip. Bright white conglomerate head leaves spider lacing as it slowly recedes. Sweet biscuit, hay and candi aromas. Sweet cookie upfront turning slightly bitter and back to cloying candi in the dry, lasting burn finish. Packs a wallop...and it’s way too sweet.

Quite a nice Lambic, totally flat, orange colour. Taste was rather sour and very traditional, no adjuncts, no sugariness. Want a few of these for the cellar!

Bottle from Systembolaget. Poured hazy yellowish color with a frothy/soapy white head. Aroma is yeast and lemon and sour. High carbonation. Flavor is sour fruit, lemon and a somewhat yeasty finish. Quite the sparkling wine here.

Draught at Delirium Café. Rather light copper-orange color with light bubbles. Lemony aroma with some dust. Very lemony, dusty flavor with minerals, mild sweetness. Slightly funky but otherwise dry and mild. Easy to drink and tasty.
