Bottle from Ledgers; Best before 3/12/2023; Guess this must age well! Nose with start cerry and medium tartness, a little barnyard; Medium oink head over a strawberry jam colored body; Flavor with sharp acidity tapering into cherries then into a mild tart finish. Very good lambic!

Aroma of sour cherry, and perhaps tannin. Rich hazy, ruby color. White head that does not persist strongly, but laces a bit. Starts tart, followed by sour cherry. The mouthfeel is substantial. The finish is puckeringly astringent. The carbonation is "fine", as expected from live ale. Amazing stuff. Overall, the components seem well balanced.

Bottle: Poured a deep pink color lambic with a nice foamy head with great retention and lacing. Aroma of sour cherry, oak and tart is well balance. Taste is a well balance mix between some sour cherry, oak and tart with some well balance level of acidity and sweetness. This was a very refreshing beer after a long cross-country ski outing. Definitely one of the most well balance fruit lambic I’ve tried.

(Bottle, Akkurat, Stockholm, 16 Feb 2007) Pale amber colour with huge white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of apricots and hints of clove, rather vinous. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of yeast, mandarin and orange. Rather vinous with the alcohol evident throughout. On the sweet and vinous side, but still rather nice.

Bottle. Browny orange coloured beer with a strong head. The aroma is gentlely sour and fruity and the flavour is fruity/sour with an orange juice finish. Overall a pleasant drink.

Bottle Pours a hazy pinkish brown with a small off white head. Lots of earth yeast aroma and subtle raspberry tones. Flavor is the funky yeast, tart and dry fruit flavors thatI like in the style. Not big time Lambic character but it is there. Enough for me. Very tart, dry almost dusty finish. Tasty. ThanksJordan

Bottle: Reddish brown color with a smaller, fizzy white head. Smells of malt and fruits, some earthiness. Taste is more sweet malt and raspberry tartness. My first attempt at a lambic, I expected a more intense flavor. This one was easy to drink and had a nice blend of sweet and tart. Thanks to Jordan for sharing.

Bottled. A golden beer with a huge light orange head. The aroma is sweet with light fruity notes of peaches and oranges, as well as light notes of yeast. The flavor is sweet malty with quite a lot of spices - especially coriander and cloves, as well as notes of peaches and alcohol, leading to a dry spicy end, where the alcohol lingers around after it has given a slight burn to the palate.

Bottle: Coloured like honey, visible carbonation, absoloutely stable small creamy head; distinctive, fresh citrus-fruity nose with grainy traces and a touch of alcohol; bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; bitter-sweetish, a bit tart and citrus-fruity finish with a distinctive touch of brandy-like alcohol. Not unpleasant, could be a bit better rounden................

Bottle: Poured a cloudy dirty beige color gueuze with a big foamy white head with great retention. Aroma consists of light horse blanket, funky yeast and some light green apple. Taste is sour with a nice funky touch and with a low acidity level, which I did appreciate. Not as overly complex as some other gueuze producers or blenders out there but still very much enjoyable.
