Flaska från landbierparadis. Gyllengul, disig med högt vitt stabilt krämigt skum. Doft av säd, jäst, hö och blommor. Lite tuggig munkänsla. Frisk och lite jästig, lätt lite mineralisk beska. Stiltypisk och utmärkt.

50cl bottle pours a murky yellow with some frothy, white head. Nose is nice, yeast, honey, grist, flowers. Flavor follows, sweet, grist, honey, chewy dough, yeast. Supple, slick finish.

Nose is a bit more sour with a bit of leather in it compared to other kellerbiers in the nose. Pillowy soft hops, good earthiness, low to medium bitterness, dry and refreshing. Very solid kellerbier

On tap at Griess, Geisfeld. Golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with a strong mineral note of damp cellar/wet granite. Great malty flavour with bread and biscuit, a light fruity note. Nice herbal hoppy and a very bitter finish.

500ml Bottle - Golden/light amber with a slight haze. Orange, grass, hay and some faint biscuity notes in the aroma. Citrussy and bready taste with notes of lemon, orange, sultanas and a hint of caramel. An excellent bock.
