500 ml bottle, bb 07/03/18, from Landbierparadies, Nürnberg.
Golden, moderate hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of grains, flowers, fresh herbs, hay, bread, some sweet fruits, slight honey.
Tastes similar, with some more biscuit.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes medium bitter, medium dry, hoppy, floral, herbal, grainy, slightly zesty, subtly sweet, with some bread, some honey.

Very nice. Hoppy and grainy, while also with an underlying sweet, creamy body. Alcohol is completely hidden. Although my bottle isn't the freshest, this is still a very quaffable, greatly balanced Bock.

Bottle from SinH4, many thanks Stefan! Slightly unclear golden with a creamy, white head. Nutty and malty with some grains and herbs. A bit of horse blanket towards the finish. Doesn't seem completely right, although it doesn't taste bad.

500 ml bottle from Landbierparadies webshop, bb 07.03.2018.
Dark golden, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of hay, flowers, grass, grains, earth, some citrus, some bread.
Tastes very smooth, of grains, bread, honey, hay, grass, flowers, citrus, some earth, some herbs, some minerals.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes bitter, a bit dry, hoppy, floral, grainy, grassy, a bit sweet, with a lingering, smooth breadiness.

Very quaffable stuff. Smooth and very well balanced, while also with a lot of depth. Hoppy, grainy, bready and sweet notes just well dosed, with a lovely earthiness throughout. Accomplished Lager, with a great, rustic character I could drink all day.

Pours unclear blonde, small white head with medium low to low stability. Smell is sharp, bit bitter, mild honey. Taste is medium-full, grainy, tad bitter, aromatic pilsner maltyness. Medium intense, medium body and average carbo. Pretty solid beer. Rerate at the end of july 2018 ( a bit over half a year later than the Original rating ) . Bottle thnx to SINH4. Pretty much the same tekst-wise, but upping the score from the earlier 3.5 to this 3.7

(bottle to go … finally) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Herbal, slightly grassy and juicy fruity hoppy aroma with mildly sugary malt in the background. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Initially malt-accented taste but with an almost aggressive herbal, grassy and slightly fruity hoppy counterpart; finishes also with a lasting hoppy tail. Top notch hoppy Bock. 30.XI.17

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, orangey, faint golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal-spicy, malty, yeasty and hoppy aroma, hints of hay, caraway, grey bread, some husk, protein. Taste is sweet-ish and spicy malty, slightly bready, biscuity, a touch of caramel as well, herbal-spicy-grassy hoppy counterweight, hints of caraway, woodruff, a fruity touch of mirabelle, doughy yeasty overtones; soft carbonation, smooth and creamy palate. Full-bodied, complex, superbly balanced, highly drinkable at the same time - very good.

Golden. Aroma is some nuts, grass, molasses, some caramel. Taste is starchy, bitter alcoholic noble hops, not so much sweetness. A bit murky for drinkablity. Meh.

Bottle. Clear deep golden color with white head. Aroma is cereal, grainy, orange peel. Taste is grainy, orange peel, boozy, not completely clean, warming finish. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A well-hopped Bock, not exactly my thing though.
