Description
Mogwaï Beer Company is a new independent brewery resulting from the craft movement which was born in March 2022 in Mundolsheim, in the Strasbourg region.

The first brews were made throughout May 2022, while the first beers were put on the market in June 2022 with aluminum cans in 44cl format, as well as kegs.

To begin with, our objective is to produce only ephemeral brews in order to give free rein to our desires to experiment, both in the field of contemporary beers (Sour aux Fruits, NEIPA, etc.), barred beers (Pizza ) or more traditional (Pale Ale, BItter, etc…).

A small permanent range of 3-4 beers will be put in place when our spinal bulbs need a little more rest...

Canned at PBF. Hazy pale golden, coarse head. Grassy nose with grapefruit and tomatillo. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Hay and mirabelles, grapefruit and crisp bread. Mid bitter finish.

Cloudy yellow colour, small white head. Gooseberry bush, a bit tired aroma. Medium-bodied. Fruits, grapefruits, pale malts, Belgian yeast(?) in the flavour. Slightly funky. Simple. PBF XV.

PBF XV. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some nectary and mild herbal tones. Flavour is floral, some nectary, citrusy and mild herbal tones. Mild funk. Quite dry.

Canned at PBF. Lightly hazy golden, small head. Aroma of mango and pineapple. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with pineapple and mango on neutral malt. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle shared at Free Beer tasting. Very dark brown with tan head. Licorice, dry oak, funky dry wine, raisins, soft booze. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied, slightly dry. Meh.

C: dark, opque.
A: rich dark malts, dark dried fruits, chocolate, cocoa, bit herbal, bit red berries, vanilla touch.
T: full malty base, rich dark fruits and chocolate, plums, cocoa, bit herbal, woody, smoky touch, nutty, bit cherries, no carbonation, very nice, fully enjoyed.
