Description
Mogwaï Beer Company is a new independent brewery resulting from the craft movement which was born in March 2022 in Mundolsheim, in the Strasbourg region.
The first brews were made throughout May 2022, while the first beers were put on the market in June 2022 with aluminum cans in 44cl format, as well as kegs.
To begin with, our objective is to produce only ephemeral brews in order to give free rein to our desires to experiment, both in the field of contemporary beers (Sour aux Fruits, NEIPA, etc.), barred beers (Pizza ) or more traditional (Pale Ale, BItter, etc…).
A small permanent range of 3-4 beers will be put in place when our spinal bulbs need a little more rest...

440ml can @ Belgian Beer Geeks Autumn Gathering 2025. Pours a generally clear gold, loose white bubbles atop. Settled clean citrussy character with a light peppery hint on the finish. Not a big cold IPA fan but it's ok.

18/X/25 - 44cl can @ BBGG Fall ‘25 (home), BB: 15/IV/26 (2025-1024) Thanks to Sebletitje for sharing the can!
Pretty clear yellow gold blond beer, small creamy dense white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty malty, grains, hay, fruity, some citrus notes, a bit herbal. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of chillies, oh my, and when it’s me saying this, you know it’s gonna be hot! A bit fruity, sweet touch, more bitterness, hoppy, good chilli burn, some sweet malts. Aftertaste: bitter, spicy, chillies, pretty bitter, malty, fruity, ok. Not the best IPA, even apart from the chillies.
