We chose Latvian word Ārpus for the name of our brewery, as its meaning reflects the types of beers we brew - outside the box, beyond the mass made lagers, beers with overwhelming flavours and aromas for people brave enough to step out of their comfort zone.
The brewery is located just outside Riga (Latvia), equipped with a 10hL brewhouse and 20hL fermentation vessels. Our beer is packaged in 440mL cans and KeyKegs, then stored in a cold room to keep it fresh longer.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy orange. Aroma and taste are rich raspberries, fruits, hops, flowers, malt and hops. Sweet, bitter and sour finish.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Juicy, tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, lots of passion fruit, hints of papaya. Taste is juicy, tropical fruity hoppy, minimally diluted notes of passion fruit and papaya, minimally sugary, malty basis.

Tap at the Riga Pours 2019. Pours red with pinkish head. Aroma and flavor are sour, fruits, berries, watery. Overall: okish.

Tap @ Easy Beer, Riga. Hazy orange in color, thick white head. Juicy, fruity, sweet ripe fruits in aroma. Medium bodied, crisp with juicy fruit hops. fresh and good drinkability.

Bottled 330ml (Beer Republic)
Murky yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is pineapple juicy and danky. Medium-bodied. Juicy pineapple, grapefruity flavour, dankyness. Aftertaste is dryish. Suprisingly well-made standard NEIPA.

Tap at S. Brevinga. Pours orange juice hazy yellow. Aroma and flavor are hoppy, fruity, some vegetables, citrus, pineapple. Overall: ok.

Keg @Riga Pours Festival 2019. Reddish light color, dense whitish head. Porridge in nose, sourness and red berries. Chewy, soury, red berry finish. Not a fan of the style, but this one was working for me as well.

Bottle from Boxbeers. Murky light red without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, light raspberry and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 070419
