Can at home, 2nd March 17. Pours clear amber, lots of bubbles, big head. Aroma is pine resin, citrus, orange blossom. Taste is bitter, pith, very dry, pine, huge bitter linger, slight relief from malts, little to no sweetness, which I don’t mind. Good bitter IPA

Cask (gravity) @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Uprising Scumbag Maggot ].Clear dark black brown color with virtually none appearance, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, sour, soy souce, molasses. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, tart, roasted, berry, sour. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat flat. IMO .. quit unbalance and ruff ... [20151201] 6-3-6-3-12

330ml can @ Montgomery’s Tower, Shrewsbury. Pours a misty amber, medium off-white head. Aroma of limey nettles, taste of pine, grapefruit, bitter citrus, hefty malts. Something a bit off and not quite right about this that I can’t put my finger on.

Can from Spoons in Eastbourne. A delicious IPA, a job well done. Strong grapefruit flavour which doesn’t overpower us with bitterness.
