Citrus in an otherwise uneventful beer. Hops citrus vibe even seems abandoned in this one as other elements don't catch up. Light tangy end. Tap at brewery.

Boozy with lots of caramel. Pours hazy orange with good head and lacing. Bittersweet boiled down with tobacco. Tap at brewery.

Roast and dark chocolate. Light caramel but properly subdued. Pours black with good mocha head. Rich and fairly dry. Velvety texture. Bottlr.

22oz bottle pours out copper golden topped with a white head. Nose is citrus floral hops some oat malts. Taste is more of the nice hop combo and a solid malt bill.

650ml bottle at Brian's. Vintage 2013. Pours a very dark brown with a dark beige head. Aroma is inky, roasted malt, some chocolate. Taste is very sweet with high roasted malt bitterness. Damn, this is VERY bitter. Ok.

Tasting at Brian's; bottle from Elizabeth Station, Bellingham, WA, purchased in 2014, vintage 2013, 5 years old
Ink black colour, with small brown head. Strong aroma of roasted malts, liquorice, light cardboard. Good body strength; strong flavour of roasted malts, liquorice, ink, some tobacco, hint of vanilla.
Solid sipper.

Cobriza de buena espuma y buen aspecto. Aroma escaso, malteado. En boca es suave y de predominio malteado, tirando a dulce, con contrapunto de tono ahumado, ligeramente lupulado.
