3/2/2023. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers. Pours black with a small frothy tan coloured head. Good looking beer. Aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, heavy roasted malt, ash, dark fruits. Moderate sweetness, medium to heavy bitterness. Full bodied, slick mouthfeel, above average carbonation.

Xmas Boozy Bottleshare. Thanks to Leighton. Near opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Palate is thin and light and semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Thin dark malts, oxidised, ripe fruits. Quite a dry finish. Tastes older than it is. Odd.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours dark amber with a beige head. Aroma suggests Tmavy. Medium body. Flavor is German roasty malt with floral and a hint of grass/spice. Tasty.

A golden wit with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light honey, light mineral notes, so-so. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, light honey, a bit oxidized. Bottle more than 5 years old.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Hop and Hound. Bright golden orange, soft glow, oily fizz head. Flavor has lots of ripe tropical fruit notes, flavorful, bold. Citrus, tropical aroma, caramel malt evens it out. Thicker body, a touch rich up front, but a bit more bold as the flavor lingers. Happy 30th! Cheers to the milestone, and a good beer to go with it.
