(473ml can c/o Luc, thanks!) Pours opaque milky yellow with a decent white head and good lace. Aroma of bright yellow citrus (grapefruit, lemon etc), melon, some floral perfume, earthy berries, resins.Flavour of mixed aromatic citrus zests, dried flowers, some candied pale tropical fruit (melon/papaya but not super juicy fresh), lots of weed and pine resins, some tannic earthy blueberry, soft breadiness to the malt, mid-sweet at best finishing dry and somewhat bitter with floral resins long into the aftertaste and a kiss of hop burn. Light to medium body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carb. Another nice Badlands IPA on the danker side of things, good resins but not excessively hot. I would be interested to try more of the exp hop but Mosaic was surely a good partner for it.

(473ml can c/o Luc, thanks!) Pours opaque medium yellow with a small white head and no lace. Aroma couples clearly dank, weed-inflected hops with bright yellow citrus peels and a little pulp, leafy and a touch green with a little bready softly sweet malt backbone. Flavour of mixed pale citrus like lemon, white grapefruit and tangerine, some soft floral fruit like melon, more zesty than juicy though there's some grapefruit pulp, quite ample dankness and leafy piney greenness, vaguely peppery vibes in the middle to the end of the sip, lingering grapefruit-side fruitiness in the drying finish with low to moderate bitterness and a little resinous tingle but no insane burn (especially compared to the IPAs from early April). Medium bodied, oily, softly carbonated, no real booze. Nice stuff, not the juice/dank combo I expected from these hops but seems to be a character of 2020 Citra so far. Tasty stuff.

(473ml can c/o Luc, thanks!) Pours opaque milky gold with a thick white head and nice lace. Aroma of papaya, tangerine, moderate yellow mango, slightly dank cannabis and leafy conifers (Columbus!). Flavour is lightly sweet with a bit of a citric twang, again some nice papaya and mango up front, white grapefruit and lemon peels, floral cannabis, lightly peppery pine needles, smooth almost oaty malt feel, low residual sweetness. Drying finish has nice peppery conifers, soft weed and citrus peels with a floral undertone and low bitterness. Medium-bodied, slightly high carb but signature creamy Badlands feel. A nice new/old school hybrid with an undoubted NE feel but low residual sugar vibes and Columbus greens.

(473ml can c/o Luc, thanks!) Pours opaque bright yellow with a thick white head and lace. Aroma is funky pineapple, peach, tangerine, melon, a little dank resin, touch floral, soft bready malt. Flavour is fruity up front, nice canned peach and mango sweetness, some pineapple, smooth lightly bready malt. Mid-sip some floral berry candy, citrus and melon rinds and resinous hops appear, and the finish is dry with astringent florals, a bit medicinal, peppery hops for Badlands, touch of plastic. Moderately bitter peppery aftertaste. Medium-bodied, classic Badlands creamy carbonation. This is solid but I was a little disappointed, not my favourite Badlands. I thought I would love the hop profile but the drier house style doesn't hold hop burn so well and the finish was a touch weird on the whole.

Can. Opaque.Frothy head. Big peachy/apricotty hop aroma, with lots of galaxy accent in there as well. On the palate, nice bitterness, and again a ton of stone fruit hop notes. Bright. The mouthfeel is a bit dry and chalky but the malts have a decent white sugar sweetness to them. This is good stuff.

My first Badlands gusher... A milky yellow ipa with a thick frothy lacing white head, overcarbonated. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with loads of resinous floral hops, light mineral notes, tropical fruit, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, light mineral notes, light tropical fruits, very nice. Can from brewery.

Can. Hazy yellow. At a distance this has a big subtropical hop note, but up close it comes across a bit green and chalky. On the palate, the malts are faint and sweet, the bitterness only moderate. But the hops are high in quantity and that definitely makes it a bit green. Pushing the envelope a bit.

(473ml can c/o Luc, thanks!) Pours near opaque gold with a decent white head showing good retention and lace. Aroma is thick with tangerine, grapefruit, mango, blueberry and pine, fairly dank and multi-layered. Flavour is tangerine and dank mango up front, juicy but pretty resinous, with conifer needles, peppery aromatic citrus zest, cannabis, blueberry and a little lemon, moderately bready malt, semi-sweet on the attack and drying in the finish with low to moderate bitterness, heavy dank hop cone and grapefruit peel vibes, bluerberry skins and a little hop burn into the aftertaste. Medium-bodied, soft and creamy, with average carbonation that prickles a bit by Badlands standards. Intense sticky Mosaic showing all its faces, the additional hopping rate here vs. most Badlands DIPAs definitely comes through and I hope they continue to move in this direction.

A hazed orange DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with orange pulp, light tropical fruits, resinous hops, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, alcohol warmth, light doughy character, pleasant.
