lettina 40 cl, schiuma bianca scarsa evanescente, color giallo oro velato con lieviti in sospensione, al naso lieviti agrumi coriandolo spezie frutta a pasta gialla, in bocca coriandolo agrumi uva bianca marmellata di pesche note erbacee, corpo rotondo, alcool ben bilanciato, carbonazione piatta (Nooooo…..!), oily, dolce con amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. Non è male ma non chiamatela Tripel. c. Fatti una birra 15.01.22

Can at Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Unclear light golden color, tick frothy white cap. Nose: honey aroma embraced by a fresh note of Continental hops which turns into a great balance. Like this so much. Mouth: frizzy carbonation leading to sparkling, thin mouthfeel, rustic aftertaste.

Can sourced from Piwne Mosty and drunk at home - light hazed yellow with a white head. Sweet fruity notes of grapefruit and lemon, minerals, light grass, lemon sherbet drops, light to medium body, light bitter hoppy close. Nice.

Draught at Luppolo 12, Roma. Hazy, gold to orange colored. AROMA- apricot, citrusy, spicy, rooty, floral. FLAVOR- smooth, neutral, lightly bitter, citrusy, tropical fruit, apricot, floral. Medium bodied. Good.

Draught at Be.Re., Roma. Almost clear, straw colored. AROMA- citrusy, jelly, meadow, pear. FLAVOR- smooth, dry, bitter, citrusy, meadow, pear. Medium bodied. Good.

Can. Pours a hazy amber with a small head. Aroma is caramel, herbal hops, pine and orange. Medium body. Flavour is malty, quite sweet, very herbal, light bitterness, lots of pine. Very smooth. Grapefruit and orange. Weird. A very smooth but not that hoppy west coast IPA. Good but not mind-blowing.
