Bottle online from Raynville Superstore. Pours a hazy muddy orange colour with a large throthy white head. Aromas of bananas, cloves, peppery spice and bubblegum. Taste is more of the same with added notes of pears. Thin to medium body, aggressive fizzy carbonation on the palate and slightly oily mouthfeel. Average Hefe but still quite nice and refreshing.

Das Dunkel vom Kuchlbauer, vom Faß im Gasthof Sixt, Rohr i.NB. - Tiefdunkles Kupferrot, klar. (23.4.2022.)

Bottle: Poured a slight hazy milky yellow color ale with a rather large white foamy head with good retention and a good amount of lacing. Aroma of wheat malt notes with some light residual sugar notes and some light cloves notes. Taste is also dominated by nice wheat malt notes with light bubblegum and cloves notes with some residual sugar is also noticeable. Body is full for the style with good carbonation. Well brewed classic Weisse.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from an online shop, maybe Hereford Beer House: pours clear honey gold with a small, frothy white head. Moderately sweet with notes of biscuity malts, a little honey, pale bread, low bitterness, nips of hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, more sweet biscuits. Enjoyable.
