On tap at 1000 Trades, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium sweet apples, with light hay and a hint of champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is medium sweet, with lots of red apples, light champagne effervescence, and a touch of farmhouse character. Nicely constructed and highly drinkable. Very good.

330ml bottle. Pale gold colour, fizzy white foam head that quicky diminishes and aroma of floral hop, citrus, grape. Taste is sweet, apple, acidic, green apple, with fruity hop, melon, citrus, lemony note. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry crisp finish. Nicely drinkable.

Danke an minutemat. Süffiger, trocken apfeliger Beginn. Reifer roter Apfel im Mittelteil, die aufkommende Süße wird durch die Trockenheit einkassiert. Spritzig, konstant würzig, dunkler, etwas holzig, langer Nachhall. Gut! 9/11/8/12/10/11

At the Ship Inn, Porlock Weir, Somerset 21 May 2018. Pale gold in colour, with a touch of fizziness. A light cider, with some sweetish apple fruit, hint of lemon and a touch of elderflower character. Easy drinking on a warm afternoon.

On tap at Paradiso Georgetown, pours a clear gold with just some thin, white head. Nose has apples, apple juice, some cheese cloth, a little soggy bread maybe. Flavor has crisp, juicy apples, light yeast, a little honey. Finishes off dry. Drinkable.

330ml bottle sample @ Stable Cider Awards 2018, Birmingham. Pours a generally clear gold, lasting small white head. Aroma is fresh lightly sweet apple. Taste presents a noticeable yet gentle leafy hop presence with additional lime & citrus being introduced alongside a medium apple fruit sweetness. Not a bad hop cider.

500ml bottle. Pours misty yellow, sparkling. Aroma has nice medium apple fruit. Taste is clean with a nice light medium apple fruit character. No tannic presence, accessible in that regard though with a nice fleshy fruit blend. Decent commercial cider.

500ml bottle shared with Soph. Pours clear gold, Aroma has gentle apple fruit. Pleasant medium in character, fleshy apple fruit, subtle tannic presence but generally quite clean. Good sparkle to it. Decent easy-drinker with a nice apple blend.
