Tap at PBF. Very classic, rather dry, thin body, medium carbonation. Medium bitterness, low sweetness. Light biscuity toasted malt character, also light coffeeish dark character. Light pleasant lagery basement yeastiness.very well balanced, very good. I dig this.

Tap at PBF. Spot-on, classic, with all the malt, hops and yeast playing their part in creating a really well balanced, tasty, good beer.

Tap at Pult, thx! Creamy blackish body, off-white head. Creamy nuty, caramelly, cocoa aroma. Similar taste, light, creamy, dry, nutty, caramelly, cocoa, roasty, low green apple later. Good one, if lacking body and daring for a "wow" effect - typical by the book, very good American take at a Czech style really.

.4l draft at Novare Res Bier CafΓ© in Portland, Maine. The pour is an opaque black, dark brown with a thick foamy 1 Β½ inch head. Nice, coating lace. The aroma is big smoke, ham, and flint, The taste is a big round smoke, soft char, and the ham. Finishes with the mineral earth and more smoke. The palate is light bodied with fine carbonation and the drying smoke mineral finish. Well done, big campfire vibes.

Draft at Shelter pours a dark, translucent deep brown with a nice cap of foamy beige head. Nose is malty, nutty, cream soda but a nice earthy smoke. Flavor has a little rubbery character but you can look past it. Malty sweetness balances it so well. Long finish. Really w3ll balanced, as you'd expect.

Becher at the roost pours a clear dark gold with some lacey, white head. Nose has malt, buttery toast, brioche, some green hop, light soap, more green vinois notes. Flavor feels lighter, grist, dough, light pepper, green. Light in bodied, oily, decently long finish.

Can, best before 6/13/25, drunk 1/9/25.
Clear, darker amber. Large, beige head, well-retained.
Nicely-aged nose with nothing jumpy/aggressive. Hops are mildly spicy, tasteful. Malts don't show too much toast. Light-to-moderate minerality. Very mellow, clean.
A bit toastier and with more acidity than the nose portends. Not too much, I don't think, but pushing it. Moderate maltiness, pretty on-par for its size. Bit too much bitterness lingering where I'd want more malt/yeast/mineral instead.
Draught at the brewery, 6/7/25.
This has even less malt character than the can I had.
Too much toast, too bitter. Very low malt depth, not enough base malt. Too dry. Pretty tired of giving this brewery a chance.

Single to go from Churchkey when it was just way too busy for me. Low-ball back at the hotel. Frothy, Coca-Cola pour. Gentle coffee roast, dry nuts, slight maple nose. Taste is cola, plain Cheerios, watered down coffee, lingering bittersweet & mellow char with a pleasant acidity. Got better as it warmed. Thin, acidy, parching, middle-high carb, easy abv. Pretty good.
