Can from Appellation Wines. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head, gentle carbonation. Aromas of orange, melon, passion fruit and bready malt. Quite dank. Taste is grassy, resin, apricot and melon, some citrus. Dry, zesty finish. Nice.

This is a little all-in on the ginger and could do with a little more other stuff for balance but it's not bad! At least it does what it says on the tin(nie.)

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - very pale yellow with steady carbonation. Foamy, snow white head.
Nose - yuzu punching through with orange and pineapple. Tea because I know it's there.
Taste - yeah, yuzu dominates and some other citrus notes too. Can't say the tea punched through so much.
Palate - light bodied, tangy, sour and bitter middle and finish. Good linger.
Overall - yuzu does well in beer as usual, tea not sure!

Cask at Crewe Dog, Crewe. Pours a dark ruby with medium sized foamy cream head and good lacing. Not much of an aroma – just vague malty hints. In the mouth it is sweet (but with a little underlying sharpness) and a thick creamy texture. Flavour has malts, caramel and a hint of rye with traces of figs, dates and autumn fruits coming later. Finish is sweet and fruity. This is reasonable – though a little on the bland side.
