Description

Pours an amber color. Solid pineapple and passion fruity. Crisp hoppy. O.K.

Oily brown with almost no head. Aroma is a mix of coffee and chocolate, slight cherry, lots of roast. Taste is unrooted bittersweetness, overwhelmed by a layer of sourness. Still chocolatey and flowery. Medium heavy on the tongue, medium body. The sourness doesn’t fit. Not good.

Gourmet-Flasche (Dank an Jonas!):Deep golden to orangey coloured, hazy, small and stable off-white head; mild to moderate fruity and piney nose with heavily subdued traces of sweet pale malt; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, relatively light bodied for a beer of 8%, but still pretty soft; slightly lingering, a bit more tart and slightly drier bitter-piney and malty finish. Well drinkable, but pretty inoffensive...

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle at RBBSG 2016 in Evergem. Slightly hazy, orangeish amber with a white head. Sweetish-malty aroma of caramel, honey and some peach. Sweetish, malty and quite fruity taste of caramel, honey and peach, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, slightly oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!
