Description

Greenish yellow. Aroma is grapes some hay hops, straw, pretty nice and simple hop profile. Taste is much carbonation induced sourness. some hop bitterness. Missing alcohol well hidden. Medium drinkable because of the carbonation. Good.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is perfumed tropical fruits. Taste is mineralic, grapefruits, a bit dusty, pale malts, a touch more tropical fruits. Silky mouthfeel, but overcarbonated. Pleasant, but overcarbonated - but hides the sub3 ABV quite well.

Deep dark color. Transparent if you look from above. And a beige head that vanish to fast. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a soft carbonation level. Not to sweet as feared. Decent balance. Oily texture and a short ending. Toffee and dried fruits are the two components I get. Not that complex. Still quite easy drinkable for a beer at 9.9. Well masked alcohol.

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, amber colour with a medium-sized and minimally off-white foamy head. Fruity and resiny hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, grapefruit and strawberry, backed by mildly bready malt and a whiff of caramel. Bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied but by far not watery, smooth and well-carbonated mf. Fruity and slightly resiny hoppy taste with a mellow malt character, which is surprisingly well-bodied for a beer of 2.8% abv; bitter-sweet, fruity hoppy and quite lasting finish. Really nice. 01.VIII.17

330ml bottle. Hazy, dark brown colour with late awakening, small, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige head. Sweet-ish, papery-woody, malty aroma, notes of raisin, treacle, hints of marzipan, a good deal of alcohol, allusions to lovage. Taste is sweet malty, notes of treacle, hints of raisin, a touch of cardboard; slightly better hidden alcohol. Viscous, sirupy texture, soft and slightly sticky palate. Monotonous, uselessly strong.
