Draught at the brewery. Golden-amber. The aroma is woody, with a light orchar fruitiness and light bready notes. Earthy with hearty bitterness, light crystal malt background. A clean if slightly chewy sense of balance to this one.

Golden-amber and bright. The aroma is light, herbal and with a hint of caramel. Low to medium bitterness. Slightly earthy with caramel sweetness underlying. Not in the hop range I like in an APA.

Bright amber-brown. Toasty and a little bit nutty. The palate is mostly toasty. Sort of thin, with an almost crackerlike dryness in the finish.

Bright copper. Really shines in the sunlight. Fresh grainy aroma is full of pale malt. Somewhat thin, and the fresh bready character is largely absent from the palate as well. Disappointing once it gets to the tongue.

Cloudy straw. Soft and marshmallowy banana aroma. Spritzy carbonation, cutting through a semi-sweet banana character. Has some acidity in the finish to provide additional dryness.

Bright straw colour. Has almost a union-made aroma in its continental hoppiness and overt graininess. Low bitterness, and a hint of straw. It’s a bit dirty, it’s blonde and it’s not made for serious beer people anyway.

Can - clear light amber pour - very fizzy - short-lived head - nose of toasted maltiness, lightly doughy yeast, mild esters - flavor is clean but kind of bland - light toasted maltiness and moderate sweetness - a light touch of nuttiness - clean, but not much happening - watery finish - meh.

I love the Sante Fe brewing labels and artwork. The 12oz bottle poured clear copper with off white head. The aroma is a little stale and dank with earthy recently wet basement and a mix of sweet malts and spicy hops. The taste send up semi firm notes of bitter spicy hops mixing with lesser amounts of citrus and pine and a bit of floral around the edges. Behind the hops notes are background murmurs of sweet malts, stale malts and earthiness. Interesting brew.

Courtesy of hellbilly. Can pours clear pale gold with white head. The aroma offers up floral hops, corn kernels, spicy hops and earthy hops. The taste is similar with floral hops and spicy hops as well as grainy malts and sugar sweet malts. Hmm. Good summer brew here.
