Can shared, gazy yellow golden beer, small head. Aroma is citrus, sweet, fruit, Yeasty. Taste is the same, sweet, botter, citrys, lemon, grapefruit, dry aftertaste, nice one

Clear brown colour with lasting thin head. It's a bock with a distinct sweetness. Like a jam or syrup. Furthermore malty, low bitterness.

Bottle, from the brewery taproom. Pours deep brown towards black with a small tan head. Aroma: roasted malt, oats, chocolate, dark fruit, light boozy. Taste: moderate sweet & bitter, roasted malt, milk & dark chocolate, brown sugar, dark fruits, oats, little nutty, some booze. Medium to full bodied with light carbonation, creamy mouthfeel.

Tap at the Borefts after Festival 2018. Pours hazy dark brown with an off white head. Aroma is malt, rye, fishy, herbal, light smoke. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, caramel, weedy, herbal hop, light smoke. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Maybe my first smoked fish beer, probably the last. Although it was interesting!

Drukket på Lillehøgda. Gyldengul. Litt uklar. Skumring. Aroma av overmoden fersken. Smaken pærer. Blir raskt syrlig med surølpreg i avslutninga. Tørr.

Brune foncée, quasi noire, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme présente qcq esters plaisants européens entre belge et anglais rétro sur des notes fruitées noires - date, figue, pruneaux, rétro malté grillé, cara pâle. Petite amertume en rétro-nasal.
Palais garde une approche classique levure anglaise, chargé en malts - caramel, toffee, chocolaté, apport fruité noir oscillant vers le cassis, mûre et date. Le tout se complète avec une amertume fine venant des houblons - pointe terreuse, feuille, léger fleuri.

Arôme présente un léger bouquet funk, citrique, rétro fin de grains, léger houblonné
Palais est finement aigre, funk, grains avec une petite impression oscillant sur la Berliner - citrique sur la fin. Houblonné assez classique, méli-mélo avec l'apport kveik (neutre) et plus aigre qui n'apporte pas grand chose.

Palais est fin malté pâle, pils - belge, petite sécheresse de bouche avec un léger apport herbacé avec un fini fruité léger sur le tropical.
Collab sympatoche avec les américains de Sweetwater - tjs aux devants du craft dans le sud des US. Ici, cela peine un peu à convaincre surtout avec un ajout de ce côté neipa - le côté belge aurait déjà suffi.

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, soft roast, some caramel, coffee notes. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, very malty, bit sourish, good roast, bit of dark chocolate, bitter, lots of alcohol. Aftertaste: more alcohol, very roasted, malty, pretty dry, hoppy, coffee, cocoa powder, good!
