16oz can pours a mostly clear, black tea color with a finger of lacey off white head. Nice nose. Nutty. Malty. Some brown sugar and cookie. Roasted nuts. Earth. Flavor is bready, nutty, malt. Some tea notes and blonde roast coffee too. Just a pinch off dry, some tannins.
Citrus, hops, caramel, meh.

16oz can pours a murky rootbeer brown with some beige, creamy head. Nose has plenty of vanilla and cinnamon and brown sugar. Some cocoa too. Flavor has a very simple brown grist base with all the adjuncts layered over. Its not sweet. Its well balances for a pastry. Finishes off dry.

16oz can pours a murky orange juice color, some lacey white head. Nose has oranges, light pineapple, some grain, some wheat. Flavor has big tropical orange and perfume and Bay Breeze vibes. Some booze. Finishes full bodied, off dry. Spritzy. A touch starchy on the end.

Must be a 2024 version because my can was listed at 12.4% 12oz can to go from the brewery. Pours a dark cola brown, a ring of beige head. A little leggy. Nose had booze off the top, raisins and dates after it settles. Big booze and its mudded barrels. This can says spirit, not Buffalo Trace, and it reads more sherry and rum than BTAC. Flavor has heavy cocoa and vanilla, some coconut, some booze. Plenty of black licorice. The barrel is raw and again doesn't read bourbon. Full bodied with a faux dryness that must be from the cocoa because it is deeply sweet. It's just messy. Or rough around the edges.

16oz can pours a pulpy orange with some lacey white head. Nose has orange and apricot, some melon, perfume. Some grain and straw. Flavor has potpourri and flowers. Some citrus but some stone fruit too. Juicy? Maybe. Medium bodied, off dry, and I guess the juice is there.

16oz can pours a pale gold with a little haze and some fizzy head that faded fast. Nose has lemon and brine and straw. Lactic. Flavor has a little grist, lemony, some bright salinity. Tart finish but not exceedingly. Basically dry. Funny it's listed as a sour farmhouse ale because it reads basic Berliner.

16oz can pours a nice, murky orange. A ring of white head. Citrus and mild tropicals on the nose. Oats. Mild but not bad. Flavor follows. A little melon. A little sherbet. Medium bodied and off dry. Straight down the middle. Respectable.
