Draught @ Draught 55, Manhattan (Feb 2024). Extremely hazy rich dark yellow with a small frothy off-white head, citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter orangey taste with mandarin orange flavor, faint alcohol undertones, thin body, long orangey finish. Nicely flavored.

On tap at the River Road Tavern Pours a bit hazy but bright golden orange color without much head at all. Lemony citrus tropical and hints of earth and pine. Faint bread to round it out.

16 can. Aroma is floral and may be a little herbal. I hate to say it, but the flavor has a little bit of old ladies perfume. Floral and herbal heart profile. Certainly not a favorite profile of mine.

12oz can drunk 9/23/23. Clear dark bronze-copper-amber. Dark beige head slowly to ring. Nose is lovely, vegetal, lightly spicy, very agave-like notes with maybe an afterthought of soft smoke from mezcal. Vanilla and mild oak from barrel balance the rich caramel-honey character from base malt. Clean, not boozey. Soft, rich, sweet, huge vanilla and mellow toffee-caramel with excellent, not sharp mezcal and tequila notes. Really impressed how the barrel character comes out without being sharp or hot. It's very rich, chewy/syrupy and sweet, but the flavors are excellent and somewhat mitigated by barrel, though it still ends tending quite sweet with huge maple-vanilla-tequila-caramel notes.

12 oz can. Thank you ClarkVV. Aroma of vanilla, bread malt, honeycombs. Very soft spice helps balance the mall and honey notes. Similar to cinnamon or nutmeg. The gin barrel is not forward at all. Quite an interesting brew.

Can pour shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! It's a light brown with fine particulate mist. Aroma is caramel, bourbon, milder apple pie spices and honey. Taste is strong, rich caramel, apple spices, honey. Mouthfeel is full bodied with thick texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Overall, quite sweet and thick. In small doses to be sure.

12oz can drunk 9/16/23. Clear, light amber. Little/no head. Gin and bourbon with amber malts, caramel, vanilla. I don't love the nose, it's rather bready, sweet, short. Tastey as shit. Sweet, rich, toffee, vanilla, peppery, rich, spicy buff trace. Tons of vanilla lingering. On the sweet side, maybe a touch too much, but well-done.
Thanks Clark aroma is gin, bourbon. Taste is nice, smooth, toffee, bourbon, nice barrel notes. This is quite the nice sipper like apple pie in a glass.

12 oz can shard by ClarkVV!! Aroma has chocolate malt and a large roasted malt character. The flavors surprisingly restrained. Soft, maple, and very soft bourbon with chocolate and roasted malt backbone. Not overly boozy or overly sweet. Wow!
