12 oz. can. Pale hazy, golden color. Aroma of mango, pineapple and light peach type hints come through with a subtleness. Flavor as a hint of the biscuit with the mango, pineapple, peach combo. Mouthfeel is good.
Without being long-winded, this clearly is the best brew I have ever sampled from this brewery. The only minor flaw is the alcohol does show a bit. Otherwise pretty nice.

This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a cloudy burnt orange/copper color. Slim coat of white foamy head slid off super quickly. No lace.
The aroma had some white pepper, grapefruit pulp, some Belgian sweet yeastiness, red apples and a little bit of herbal character.
The flavor was somewhat sweet through the prior mentioned aromas. Quick herbal sweet and apple-like aftertaste guiding the finish the same sort of way.
The palate was about medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Some carbonation. ABV felt fine.
Overall, wait, there was rye that was supposed to be in this? Interesting, well, I missed that, but in reality, this was a pretty nice saison that I could have again.

Can. Pours clear pale yellow, medium creamy white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is grassy, lemons, belgian yeast, field grass, coriander. Light sweet and light bitter. Drinks a lot more like a dry hopped saison than an IPA.

The flavor starts with the tropical fruit like notes. Herbal bitterness. The palate/ mouthfeel is lightly dry. Pretty decent.

Pours black into a snifter. Mocha head with medium retention recedes leaving scant sheets to mottle surface. Chocolate and espresso aromas. Dry astringent body with charred chocolate upfront quickly turning to creamy vanilla before turning to mild espresso in the slightly souring bitter earth finish that turns cloying as it warms.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds juicy hops, mango, melon, peach and orange. Medium to heavy sweet flavour, with some pale bread, light bitter pine, more citrus. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Warming and resinous on the finish, with some ripe orange, light marmalade, more pale, bready malts. Nice one overall.
